FREE SHIPPING

Free Standard Ground shipping is offered on qualifying orders of $100 or more to addresses in the contiguous States.  We do not ship Internationally currently.

Qualifying order total is before tax and does not include free promotional products.

 

GROUND SHIPPING

Most orders are processed and shipped same business day, or next business day.  Please allow an additional 1-7 days for ground delivery.  Delays are possible during peak shopping days or Sale events. 

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or Holidays.

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Orders with expedited shipping will be processed and shipped on the same day if received by 9:00 a.m. CT.  Orders placed on Friday with Next Day delivery will be delivered on the next business day, typically Monday, unless Monday is a Holiday.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or Holidays.

 

ALASKA and HAWAII

We offer USPS and UPS services to Alaska and Hawaii.  USPS is generally the most economical shipping method.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES

All products are shipped from Manhattan, KS unless designated as drop shipped from the manufacturer.  Transit times within the U.S. can vary depending on the selected method, destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, and any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.  Generally, shipments arrive at their destination within 1-5 days.

Estimated delivery dates do not apply to the following:

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes.

Shipments made to the U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO.

Products that are drop shipped from the manufacturer

 

SHIPMENT NOTIFICATIONS

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email notifying you that your shipment is on the way.  You will receive another email when your order is out for delivery.  A final email will inform you that your order has been delivered.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Please track your order online.  You can view your order status and tracking information via the Order Status by clicking the link in the notification emails or viewing the order in your My Account.  Tracking information can take up to 24-48 hours to update with the carrier.

 

STORE PICKUP

We offer in-store pick up at our location in Georgia.

 

P.O. BOXES

We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS Priority Mail.  Some products cannot be shipped to P.O. Box and will require a physical address.

 

APO/FPO/DPO

We offer Standard Ground Shipping on orders to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
